SafeRise SMS Message Consent

SafeRise sends safety alert messages only when a SafeRise user manually selects trusted contacts inside the SafeRise mobile application. 

How consent works:

1. A SafeRise user adds a trusted contact inside the SafeRise app.

2. The contact receives an invitation SMS explaining the purpose of the alerts.

3. The contact must accept the invitation before receiving future alerts.

4. Contacts may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Types of messages sent:

• Safety check-in alerts

• Emergency alerts

• Pick-me-up alerts

• Safety circle invitations

These messages are strictly safety notifications and are not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies depending on the user’s safety activity.
